is it safe to download stuff from there and not get cought for copyright my bro keeps saying that will happen

Caught for copyright? The only way you'd get caught is if you showed/played whatever it is you wanted to download in public, or tried to sell it! And that happens with any download site/program. Filefront is safe to download stuff from, just don't go trying to sell you downloaded-thingey to anyone or displaying it in public... and that rule pretty much applies to anything you download.
