Sorry if this seems like a relly New Member question...
I was just wondering... how do people get stamps?
Is it just a random event or must u achieve something to receive it?

Mostly you have to buy them at the stamp shop http://www.neopets.com/objects.phtml?ty ... bj_type=58
You can also get them rarely in random events, sponsor give aways and the advent calender.
