Are Paintbrushes and Petpet Paintbrushes a 1 time use item and it goes *poof* or can you use them over and over?

I got a Maraquan Petpet Paint Brush through a RE so I was not too sure what to do with myself, hehe.

All Paint Brushes are 1 use items. You use it, and it goes *poof* kinda like the books and food.

About 530-550K. If you want one, check the auctions. They are usually easier to deal with than the TP.
