All the folders in my neomail have dissapeared.I had made a folder called, "General", where I put all my neomails from jazz,zidane,and official notices from TNT in there, and now it's gone!All the other folders I created are gone too :x

Actually, that happened to me a few times. I had a folder named such and such (random name really) and it was deleted for some reason. I made a new folder with the exact name and somehow it had all the old neomails in it. Later on, it got deleted again, and I remade it and the same thing happened. This went on about three times and the neomails didn't come back after that so I gave up.

Hmm, I've never actually looked at using the folder option in neomail. Then again... I don't get much neomail... like 2 a year?

All my folders use to get deleted all the time, except for the last one that I named do no delete, lol and they never did.

My neomails get deleted periodically without my permission... it's probably a really general neomail server wipe or whatever...

Yep, I've had my neomails and folders deleted, as well as my shop history from time to time.

Wonders when the neomails will be "normal" and not have that grundo sitting there...

I had my folders deleted a while ago. I assumed it was a glitch and they would come back. And they did, but all the neomails were gone. Hopefully your's will return.

My shop history has been cleared a few times too.

my neomails dissappeared, and they had tcg codes fom my friend in the usa as a bday pressie. i never tried them, and i never got them back either. when i complained, i spent 5 weeks doing so to an auto respose bot. and eventually got: sorry we can't return them, they were deleted, and you read it 5 days earlier. :roll:
