I'm having the same problem. I restarted my game in hope that it would fix it, but no. Seems like a nasty bug, I reported to TNT about it.

EDIT: And I guess it won't be fixed any time soon as it's weekend :(

EDIT 2: So the game is working again and I'm suddenly at -128,467 NP. Apparently every hour of malfunction has now been carried out. Geez.
