I posted this in the Glitch topic but had no response, which makes me think that maybe I am the only one with the problem and that I should report it.

When I try the meteor daily, I get the screen that you get when you've gotten a prize: The meteor is hot, the angry scientist says to run, things like that.

I have cleared cache and so forth, deleted temp. files, but nothing works. Is someone else noticing the same thing? Or should I go ahead and report it?

Nope, it's not just you. It's been down since the most recent onslaught of glitches. At least Altador prizes seem to be working again.

Thanks for the replies. So it isn't my computer. That's a good thing.

Whenever anything glitchy happens on Neopets these days, I just assume it's a site-wide glitch and not my computer. Sad that it's come to that.

For example, today I could not spin the WOK because it's temporarily gone back to the "once every 24 hours" instead of "once a day" format. I wonder if these most recent glitches have to do with the hacking last week -- maybe they're still under attack. If it's from all the "prettifying" of the site, then that's just pathetic. If it is from hacking, they should have been able to close the holes more quickly -- they're simply too large to excuse such poor performance.

I haven't been able to use the meteor for like a week, but my mom who is a newbie has had no trouble. Wonder why that is?
