I still havent gotten a reply from tnt about my account and it is now Sept.

Well I made a new account. It feels weird starting over from the beginning and not having anything. But I just miss my pets the most. I wish I could get them back at least. Oh well.

Still didn't get a reply from TNT but I will wait a little longer to email them again. Im not very hopeful anymore ...

I hope you do get a response. Maybe it was a mistake. Or perhaps somebody else guessed your password and posted something offensive on your account. It would definitely help to try to figure out exactly what the offense was. Then you'd have a better idea of whether somebody hacked your account or ...

the same thing happened to me.. i had an account that i got right around the beginning of neopets.. then i got a frozen message one day and they said it's because i used inappropriate language.. but i've never been on the boards once and i don't have any neofriends, so i don't send messages. never ...

Even if you haven't changed your shop description in forever, that doesn't mean that there couldn't have been something 'wrong' with it in TNT's eyes. You can put up something 'offensive' and not have it reported by a random user until months have gone by, after all.

I was frozen once for saying a word neo deemed inappropriate, but this turned out to be a cultural misunderstanding and they were very accepting of this and promptly unfroze my account.

If you say you haven't been on the boards, it could be something in either neomessages, trades or anywhere else ...

I did. But how is that going to help? They probably won't even tell me anyway.

Neopets was so much better before the neoboards came along. I really wish there was an option to block the neoboards so this kinda thing woulndn't happen to people ...
