The best way of getting better is by playing, ofcourse! Also, playing in the arcade is better, if you have the money, because the soft home mats vary in size. Just keep at it and you'll get better. Playing other Bemani/Music Simulation games might also help with yout timing (Guitar Freaks, Drummania ...
