I'm pretty sure there is a maximum size for MSN Emoticons, and if you go over this size, it not only resizes it down to the maximum size but even lower.
You may want to find out how big the large emoticons you are being sent are and then try to make an emoticon of that size in different file ... |

You might want to add some more detail here,
Are you asking if you want:
only secondary users to be able to access certain folders.
only secondary users cannot access certain folders.
only one secondary user can access certain folders.
only one secondary user cannot access certain ... |

If you are going to inmstall that, then you may want to make sure to ignore all of the survey stuff at the begining of the install, and dismiss all of the freeze.com stuff.

There are, that I know of, two ways to do this.
There is a program that lets one take apart .swf files, which is called Sothing SWF Decompiler. You can find that at The Sothink Page

If there is no problem in Firefox, then why are you still usng IE6?
It would seem logical to use Firefox anyway if it works and IE doesn't, but I am sure you have a perfectly good reason not to use Firefox (if you don't then you might as well use it.) |

When I used Google to search for the words "Aurora Virus" I came to this site as the first result.
