All three, pistols can't kill cyborgs (conventionally speaking :P).

Either that or the 100% one, I guess.

the first cyborg. it always hits.
though i guess itd help if the other two had infinite ammo cheat, and the first had none, that might mess the odds up a bit.

The 33% one.

1st round, the 100% shooter will pick the biggest threat -- 50%. So 50% is dead.

If it goes to the second round, then 33% is dead too . . . but with both the 1 out of 2 shooter and the 1 out of 3 shooter picking their biggest threat, it's a better-than-even chance that it won't go to a second round because 100% is dead too..

The only one who doesn't have any chance at all is 50%. (Unless someone switches the signs.)

Here's my riddle:

One day, you decided to walk into the most scariest place in your whole neighborhood. You turn on the lights, but all of a sudden, they flicker and turn pitch black.
Situation: You have a lantern, a candle, and a paper bag. You only have one match(to lighten the whole place). Which one do you lighten up?

The match. :P

But that's based on the assumption that each cyborg picks the largest threat to target, which was not specifically stated in the question.

Yes, I'm making the assumption that each will attempt to maximize its own survival, despite being required to participate in the gunfight. Between half (or thereabouts) human & half computer/robot, I'm assuming some intelligence, the ability to think.

(Of course, it could be that each is disgusted at being a cyborg, and will take the opportunity to kill itself. The 100% shooter thus dies immediately, and the other two eventually will, but the 33% is still likely to live the longest, so I'll stick with my answer.)

It also isn't specifically stated in the question that a meteorite doesn't crash and kill them all, but I guess we have to make some assumptions.

Qanda, hiddenneggs is right for the cyborg one.

The first cyborg will clearly shoot at the 50% cyborg, killing it.
the 50% cyborg will know this, and to get back at the first cyborg will choose to shoot the first cyborg.
the 33% cyborg will know the 50% cyborg will die and shoot the first cyborg.

thus 50% is doomed the die. Now 2/3rds of the time one of the toher two cyborgs will hit their target, causing the first cyborg to die 66% of the time. 33% of the time it goes into a second round; in this case, the first cyborg wins 66% of the time and it is a draw 33% of the time.

Thus 66% of the time cyborg 3 wins, 22% of the time cyborg 1 wins, and 11% of the time its a draw.

for the number one(ive heard this one so many times im not gonna answer it)

and for my favorite riddle that ive heard so far(bewarned, its very hard-if youve heard it before and thus already know the answer please let other solve it :) )

Two twins, we will call them Arrow and Rune have an upcomming birthday, the 16th accually. Early on the day of Arrow's birthday he gets up, and has his parents drive him over to the DMV to get her drivers permit. Rune goes along too. The lady asks if Rune will be getting a permit too. "No" the mom replies "Although they are twins, Rune's birthday isnt for another two days. The strange thing is - Rune was born first!" - Explain

To summierze: Two twins(they are eachothers twin). Younger twin turns 16. Older twin's 16th birthday isnt for another two days. How can this be?
