Renrin sighed as she watched at Ember whose eyes widened of both fright and curiosity.

"Yes, and I believe there's another one in there somewhere too. Oh and an angel there, a half elf and elf up in the tree and hmm... I think that's it."

Renrin took a look around her and turned hear head to look at the tree again. She then lifted up her tail and tickled Ember on her stomach to ease the little elf's mind.

Mon Aug 16, 2004 5:10 pm

"Renrin!" giggled Ember, "Stop it! Your breaking up my concentration. I.. can't see again!"

Finally pulling off Renrins tail, she got a safe distance away from it, but still in a place where she could see. "I know about the others, but Demons are dangerous!"

Mon Aug 16, 2004 6:04 pm

"True, but you're lucky I am around. Demons gain a lot of respect for dragons as they grow up, they know we are rather powerful compared to themselves." Renrin replied.

She turned hear head to look at Rosa and took a closer look at her features, she had changed quite a lot since the last time Renrin saw her.

"I suppose you're here doing the usual? Just don't do anything nasty while I and Ember are still here okay?" Renrin said to her with some irony in her voice.

Renrin had stopped the telepathic talking as she had figured it was to no use anyway, the other might as well see a talking dragon once during their lifetimes.

Mon Aug 16, 2004 6:33 pm

Rosa smiled sweetly, "Ok, if you insist." Her face dropping back to dead-pan.
"Depends what you mean by usual." She challenged, keeping a wary distance of the dragon.

Who was that with Renrin, another elf...how many of those bloody things were there, holy, is Rosa saw another pair of pointed ears...

Mon Aug 16, 2004 6:58 pm

"Oh you know, the usual angel-stalking and killing." Renrin said with a laugh.

"You don't happen to know that demon?" she asked and pointed with her tail at the other demon lurking to attack the man Renrin had spotted first when she landed at the pool.

Mon Aug 16, 2004 7:17 pm

"Demon?!" Rosa this time did burst into laughter, cold and heartless though, may it be.
"That," She spat, saying the word with contempt, "Is almost as bad as that half-angel. It is no Demon and does not even deserve to be called a demon by another."

Rosa took a breath, eyes flaring up, "Its a weak-blooded halfling which is diluting the full blood of our demonish ancestory, he is no better than Mortal, no, worse than a mortal for he does not have an ancestory." It seemed that he was more human than Demon, though he possesed much of the strenghts of her wonderous kind, because Rosa had not even detected his smell.

She took a few steps towards the dragon, "I may as well finish him off now, I would be doing justice to my kind." Rosa sniffed, and looked at the dragon,
"And I don't take pleasure in the killing of angels..." She grinned, "only in the torture."

Mon Aug 16, 2004 7:40 pm

Renrin rolled her eyes and gave Rosa a skeptical look.

"You know how evil you may want to be I still remember all the cute hugs you gave to me as a child." she said and grinned.

She gave Ember a gentle push with her head as she was just about to tip over her wing when she leaned over it and made her fall right back into the trap she was in. Small puffs of smoke came out of Renrin's nostrils as she breathed peacefully.

"If you don't mind spare me the evil-talk, you’re scaring the child." she added.

Mon Aug 16, 2004 7:45 pm

Suddenly Ember giggled. "A Demon? Hugging?! A Dragon, I can imagine doing that, but a Demon!" She shrieked in laughter, and almost fell into the puddle once more. "Did she really do that, Renrin?"

Mon Aug 16, 2004 7:50 pm

Rosa rolled her eyes, she didn't even know why she was standing here talking to Renrin, it was pointless really. Well, all she could do was wait and see the outcome of the battle between the two filth, if there was going to be one.
With a graceful leap, Rosa jumped onto the tree she stood beside. While there was no branches for 12 feet or so, there was very textured bark.

Rosa gripped with her clawlike nails and flipped up onto the lowest branch, sitting astride while she stroked her shadow orb. It glowed slightly, a dark, greyish colour. Black shapes began to waft out of it until she was surrounded by a slightly moving dark cloud. It took the form of an eagle and a squirrel.

Black, featureless forms, though they may be, Rosa found some comfort in them, and while the Eagle took flight, she played with the Squirrel form, letting the black smoke trail inbetween her fingers as it 'crawled' across her hand and arm.

"Yes she really did that." Renrin said with a smile.

She splashed around in the water with her tail a bit and then remembered a thing.

"Oh, Ember, maybe you could practice those fire things now?" she asked.

Mon Aug 16, 2004 8:45 pm

Ember nodded. Slowly she put her hands up once more, and started to make the fireball. This time she done it more slowly, and kept her power in check, so it got much bigger this time.

But then she got excited, and again it exploded. Most of it went went into the lake with a sizzle, but one part just missed Renrin's tail. It landed into the puddle Ember had noticed before.

"I am so sorry, Renrin! I didn't mean to do that! Kisa's always telling me I should slow down, not get excited, but I never listen..."

Sin had always been a heavy sleeper. And even through all this commotion, he soon dozed off, not because what was happening was boring, but his lack of sleep the past nights, made him wearisome, and almost too easy to control.

He caught phrases here and there about demons, dragons, and killing, but he thought it was but an unpleasent dream that he was having due to the morbid setting. Sin let out a huge yawn, and tried grabbing for something in the air. In his dream he had caught whatever it was and held on, putting all his weight on it, just trying to hold it down. In reality, he had grabbed a branch of the tree, and it broke off. He fell to the ground with a thud, and rudelly awakened. "OW!" Sin said while rubbing the back of his head, and very drowsily swaggering up. He yawned again and then blinked, and saw that his dream was infact not a dream, but a reality.

He saw the earthquake he had made, and the demon, angel, elves, and dragon he had dreamt about. Although he did not see the female demon he had in his dream, he knew she had to be around here somewhere. Once again, Sin became cautious, and fitted his crossbow, his gloves were lost. He jumped back a few inches, near the crack of the earth and crouched, ready to spring, or runaway.

Rosa was watching the Half-Elf Human instensly, while the shadow squirrel wound its way round and round her neck like a scarf. She lightly touched it and lay her hand- palm facing up- on her thigh. The Eagle that was still soaring above swooping down and changed into a mass of smoke, and the squirrel soon followed suit.

"Lets see how this little half-breed filth does with my games." She smirked and let the smoke form into a clone of herself. 'She' leaped down from the tree, and circled round the filth, although Rosa's shadow clone held no features, a fleeting glimspe of the demon's 'self' would be enough to scare this little rodent.

((Wait... I am confused, I am the target of your attack right Shadowfare?))

Renrin sighed as usual and looked at the embarassed Ember.

"Okay Ember, try these few tips then. First of all listen to your sister, okay?" Renrin said with a grin.

"Second don't try to make it larger than your age can handle, as you grow older you will be able to make them larger without any extra concentration. Also you should not forget to train to throw them at targets. Now then, try to make a small fire ball; do not try to make it grow three times bigger than it already is in just a second because that's when it's going to blow up. After it is finished, so to say, try to put it out without using any water or other things, just your own powers." she explained to Ember.
