I didn't know whether I should post this or not since the forums were down for a couple weeks, but a year ago today I joined PPT. PPT has helped me in many ways: It's made me use better grammar, expanded my vocabulary and helped me with graphic skills. I'm very honoured to be part of a place like this. There are a few people I'd like to thank that have been particularily helpful this past year.
Kassie: I don't know if she's reading this, but Kassie was my first friend here. She helped me become less shy and she's always there to listen when I have a problem.
Dragonfire: You were the first person I talked to without having them contact me first. I still remember the conversation we had about your possessed TV.
Yoshi: You inspired me to start making graphics. The first thing I said when I saw your sets were "I want to be as good as him." That won't happen, but thank you for inspiring me to make graphics. ^_^
Starchaser, ZH!, Glass Charm and Tyma: I haven't talked to you guys outside of LiveJournal, but you all have helped me in different ways. It makes me happy that I can have you guys on my friends list.
Fidds: I've never talked to you, but you need a thank you also. I remember, one time last year, I was extremely upset. I read one of your posts, and it made me laugh and feel better. You're a very nice person. Your posts cheer me up, and I'd like to thank you for that.
Everyone here: You're all very special people. All of you have had a positive effect on me, and if I were to list each one of you and thank you individually, we'd be here forever. It's because of all of you that I've stayed here this long. To everyone that is reading this, thank you.
...That was an extremely long post. Anyway, I'm glad to have stayed here this long, and I hope to be having a two year anniversary next year. ^_^
