and.. Ren and Stimpy..
but i HATED Clarissa Explains it All..

I do also miss the show
"Caitlin".. do any of you know that one?

Ditto. I found Clarrissa to be a horrible show. I think it was the bad youngens acting and pausing and lack of plot.

The Disney version is very different from the original Doug. They redrew the characters, changed a lot of the voices, and made it more less appealing to older viewers. It's hard to compare the two shows if you don't have an idea of how the original show was.

Yeah, most people secretly hated that show... but watched it cos it was soooo bad, it was good.

I don't know if it was Nickelodeon, but the old Hannah Barbara stuff rocked... Wacky Races, Stop the Pigeon (smurf like Muttley) with their repeating backgrounds when they were running or driving, you would see the same tree like 20 times.

mostly of those shows are on cartoon network in belgium

Johnny Bravo actually started a new season here.

yeah...doug totally jumped the shark when disney got a hold of it. roger wasn't rich, patty wasn't homeschooled, doug didn't have a baby...sister? (i haven't watched the new doug in a loooong time) and lots of other stuff.

nostalgia aside, old doug kicks the pants off of new disney doug.

does old doug come on any channel?

Nope, it was a long series of Episodes consisting of 'Angst-Computer-Hey, Sam!' I think.

It was called "Caitlin's Way" I didn't get to watch much of it when it was on, and at the time, I wished I could have, as I loved what I saw.

All of those shows everyone mentioned were ones I adored when I was younger.

I LOVED Space Cases and Land of the Lost. In fact I loved all the shows...Hey Dude, Freshman, Doug, etc.

I wish they had a channel which played only those old shows. I watch it all the time...

OMG!!!!! I cannot believe that you have seen (and remember) Today's Special!!! AAAHHH! I loved that show! And no one else I know had ever heard of it (mostly because I'm older than most of you)!! I think I'm in love! Okay, maybe not, cause I don't swing that way.

Anyway, I loved and miss:

I like the fact that Rocko looks cute rather than horribly over-cartooned like some stuff they show on nick now.
