I have made a set for a contest here on PPT on Photoshop Elements and it saved it as .PSD. How do I change the file type to upload it to Photobucket? Or is there another place I can upload it at?

Hmm... other versions of photoshop have this, so I'm sure elements has it too -- there should be an option to "Save for web", which will save it as either a .gif or .jpg. Alternately, if that doesn't work, there ought to be an option underneath where you type in the file name when you choose "Save as" to select another file type.

You can also type the file type you wanna use behind the file name if you choose; "save file as.."

example:
picture1.bmp will become picture1.gif by simply typing .gif at the end of the file name.

Remember though, that for some file types the colors will be changed(some file types can only display a limited ammount of colors). Your pc usually warns you when this happens though.

Upload your image here, click 'output', select what you want (I personally suggest .png), save it again, and then upload to photobucket. :)
