but make sure that your account name on the new account has a diferent style of name and everything and make sure that you have a different password with capitals and numbers and everything, like that only one person ever hacked me and that was sum1 i knew who knew my passwords anyway
because neopets doesn't ip ban

the 15 withdrawals daily is an excellent idea! Also, if you don't have 4 pets, once a day adopt (feed, and bring mood up just to be nice if you want) and then abandon - that way no one can touch your pets.
Unfortunately there's nothing to be done with inventory, shop, sdb but hope. Keep your n/f requests, items, etc. all blocked in your preferences. report report report this person - they're harrassing and threatening you. Enough is enough.
Do make sure you've got updated av and spyware - run a deep scan with your system restore OFF. then reboot, and turn the restore back on and set a new restore point. Also change all your passwords. If you can, get yourself a separate email/im just for Neo that you'll use for nothing else. And don't use your normal s/n.

That sounds like a good idea. You definatly have a dilema. Keep reporting him. And don't forget to constantly change your password!

People today. *sighs* (Comment not directed at you, but rather at whoever the guy is that's scaring you.) I would do what the others said, with emphasis on the reporting bit. Email a staff member directly instead of using the form. Use the word harrassment. Because that's exactly what it is.
No, I never officially left; yes, I am gone forever. I have also permanently left AIM. If you need to contact me, drop a line on LJ. Same username.

You could also use the 'Neofriends Only' option so it would be a bit more secure, although I don't think anyone in their right mind would bid on something extremely overpriced.

They do chain freeze though, and that involves IPs.
Just do what the others suggested and you should be alright. Plus, don't log into Neopets at a public place (like a library) and try to make sure that the email your password gets sent to isn't something that can be easily hacked (like Hotmail).

Yes, I'm still alive...still alive...
