the females are boring, visually.

oh, are you making sure the water's at a good temperature? maybe he's cold and that's why he won't swim around.

If you buy a betta that's in a cup or has been segregated in a community tank, it's a male. The females look like large guppies.

Well the fist definately is moving more.I bought a smaller tank for it.I bought another one to go in it's old tank and I'm getting another one sometime SOON because my aunt bribed me. I had to eat a piece of Chicken liver(fried)

So Fancy is now White-out...but I now have a red,blue and green one I need a name for :(
Any Ideas?

No. WAY! HOUSHU is red, blue and green!!!!

Anyway, I'd suggest going to a Japanese translator and messing around with stuff until you find some cool words. Fantasy name generators also have cool results.

I got my newest fish today...it's mostly blue with a really light blue,red and black..thinking of naming it speckeled
