I have only spun the Wheel of Monotony a few times, but the only two items that I have ever won were a Sabre-X Plushie and a Wheel of Monotony T-Shirt. I'm hoping to win a Tyrannian Paint Brush or the avatar.

When I didn't win, I was directed to the Lair of the Beast and hit in the head with rocks.

I did land on the Mazzew once but that was right after the Wheel was released and it was very glitchy so I didn't get the Mazzew. Other than that I've also got codestones, posters, lottery tickets and an avatar :)

Its the Lair of the Beast, you can get to it via the Tyrannian Plateau, the initial link is: http://www.neopets.com/prehistoric/thebeast.phtml

I don't think it does anything much.
