I want the Sox and Cubs in the WS together. That'd be awesome. Boston hasnt won since 1918 and the Cubs have gone winless even longer.

Watch some weird natural disaster happen though :P

I should get a Red Sox set and show off my pride :)

Yeah, Manny's number is 24.

I've gotta make a Sox set. I made one a while ago, but it doesn't look very good.

Sox have very little chance of winning the division. They lost last night and NY won a doubleheader. We're now 4 games back with 4 games left.

Well, we angels were able to get First Place for 1 game... but thats about it.
We're back tied with the As and its off to Oakland for the FINAL THREE GAMES

Looks like first to 2 wins get the honor of ALW champion...
down to the wire o.o

[edit]
SF wins, but Dodgers get another win!

NLWC is tied up again.
Dodgers are 1 away from clinching their division!!

Blah. Yankees won the East yesterday :( Aww well. We still have the Wild Card. It's not as good as the division but at least we have a chance.

*sniff* Poor Oakland lost yesterday... I'd like to be optimistic that they'll still come from the behind and win, but I don't think they can win two games in a row... Oh well. I still have the Giants! :D

Bwahaha. But actually the Giants aren't dead yet.

If they win tomorrow's game and the Astros lose, its tied up in the WC...

Lol. I was hoping for the Angels to win. If Pedro isnt afraid to throw a 72 year old man to the ground I wouldnt wanna see what he'd do to a 20 year old guy booing him and insulting him :P

Too bad the Cubs were eliminated :( I was hoping for them.

I saw the Cubs get eliminated. That had to stink.

Anyway, yay Ichiro! Only problem is, he broke the hits record in 6 more games than Sisler had.

That guy said his legs just gave out.. of course Perdo might've helped him down a little.

I got to see the Sox play the Orioles yesterday and today. I love going to baseball games, even though are seats were really bad today. None of the Red Sox players who started the game were in it by the end. All resting for the playoffs, but it made it hard to keep straight the players on the score card.
Speaking of the playoffs, the Sox are playing the Angels since the Twins lost today. I can't wait for Tuesday now.

Well... tuesday... the playoffs begin!
Can't wait for those... Too bad we couldn't get the Yankees first.
Get rid of those pesky guys off from the start ;)

I agree. That's why I'm actually somewhat glad they drew Minnesota to tangle with first round. *shrugs* I'm hoping that Minnesota's pitching will come through against the Yankees' pitching, which hasn't been spectacular lately by any means. I believe Santana is in for the Twins in game one, so that's good. =)

Anyone feel like listing their predictions? =) If anyone's curious, I posted this on another site. Here's what I think will happen...

Quote:
AL-
Minnesota in 4
Boston in 4
NL-
St. Louis in 3
Houston in 5
CS-
Boston in 6
St. Louis in 7
WS-
Boston in 7
