My drackonack is gone!! Why?

I wanted to get the "Drackonack- Hungry" avatar, so I bought a drackonack and some cheese. I eventually got the avatar by refreshing, and proceeded to put the drackonack in my shop. I changed the price to 29000 nps, and made sure it was still i nthe shop. However, when I logged on today, my drackonack was gone, and there wasn't any money in the shop till, either. I checked frantically in my deposit box and inventory, but it wasn't there, either. I thought there had been a server rollback like some people talked about. However, I still have the avatar, and the cash I used to buy it is gone. It couldn't have been the pant devil, because no message ever appeared, and he can't take items from the shop. I wondered why this all happened!

I heard there was a shop till glitch.. but I've been gone for a week and that could be all over and old news..

Meh, that same thing happened to me. The shops have still been glitching this week.

same here ive had items missing and nps gone out of my shop till. just be careful stocking your shop until the glitch is fixed

Meh, I lost 27,000 of a restock of a Slime Titan Stamp for 1k, on auctions (I auction and wizard restock)

The shops (and neo in general) have been really glitchy lately. This seems to have happened to almost every second person who owns a shop. I've been lucky so far *touch wood* but I'm not taking a chance and restocking until I'm sure this whole thing is over.

I did hear of people getting their correct bank balance back, but that was about 4 days ago, so I don't know if it's the same glitch that you're experiencing. Hope so, for your sake!

But really, I'd stop restocking totally until this was sorted! It'd be even worse to lose any more than you have already!

they are glitchy because basically everything on neopets is going through a server change... moving everything from one server to another. so stamps.. battledome...your shops... your inventory.. things may dissapear, but they will be back once they are moved to a new server.

Ok that was quite a while ago.... they're still moving servers??!

cardern, yes they are still apparently moving things around. Yesterday there were posts on the HD that peoples' shops were disappearing and they were getting that "moving to a new database and not to worry" message.

The shop glitch has been happening off and on for I'd guess at least a month now. I've lost np myself. Item sold, shows in history, but no np and item is gone. And no, I never got the np back. I'm barely stocking my shop now, just really cheap stuff and that's not often.

OK, I guess I should take that lab map outta my shop then.... hopefully I'll get my drackonack back later, because I spent pretty much all my money on it...

Did you check shop history? See if someone bought it?

I doubt its the servers....
I'v gotten this glitch twice that showed that someone bought and item but no money in the shop till...
The first time I sold a nerkmid, and I had over 100k in my till, but I kept it there in case of emergencies... The glitch made 70k dissapear, which I never did get back.
And it happened again a week ago. Didn't get the item nor the np back.
