I brought my bunny home earlier in the day. He's a brown and white mini-lop, sooooo cute I think I'm gonna call him Sammy. He was the most affectionate of the ones at the store, compared to one that looked bored and another that looked scared to death. He even nuzzled my neck when I held him.
He seems to like his new cage and he's started drinking from his water bottle, but hasn't eaten yet. He loves to dig in the little litterbox, although at first he tried to eat the litter.. He's still pretty nervous about being approached, and will hop into the little house at the end of the cage if you talk to him or try to open the gate. He'll always venture out again after you leave him alone for a bit. I'm not that worried though, since it's his first day and he's still getting adjusted.
