2 days ago I cut my lip on a pop can.
It bleed for about 5-10 minutes.
It still hurts though.
What can I do to make the pain go away?
It is very small the cut my brother said.
But I can't even see it!

Ow, having a paper cut on your lip must hurt a lot, just imagining it is scary. Have you tried putting an ice cube on it? It may help numb the pain.

Like said above, ice. :P

But how bad does it hurt? I mean, if it only hurts when you touch it, I wouldn't go through the trouble of finding ice. :)

It'll hurt for another day or so, I'd reckon - until enough of a clot and scar forms to better cover the wound.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. You could just drink cold water, rather than sodas or juices for the next little while - since sodas and juices are both generally fairly acidic, where water is neutral. Acid = hurt, neutral = not.

Accident prone basically means you're more likely to have accidents than the average person.

And Chaud, don't belittle other peoples' intelligence with your own. You'll regret it one day.

Don't eat any fruits, veggies, or other foods that have acidic qualaties, since they'll just make it get even more irritated. Also, find some cold or relaxingly warn foods to eat, like ice cream and hot chocolate.

Umm...yeah. Food is on my mind right now.

If you aren't careful when moving your lips, the cut sometimes splits open again. I had this happen to me once and it took 2 weeks to heal.

Guys.... The cut is inside my mouth.
The part of the lip inside my mouth.
Not the part outside.

lol you could have been more specific at first :P and yep I'm just bugging you.

and orajel is your friend.... seriously if it's bugging you a lot buy some and use it, and yes still keep your tongue away from it.

also cutting on the inside of your mouth can/may cause a canker sore, orajel works for that too :D

The mouth is one of the fastest healing places in the body. I'd recommend that you don't play around with the cut, I know some people can't help but mess around with their tongues and if you keep catching it on your teeth or something avoid talking. Basically try and leave the cut well alone (unless you're giving it treatment).

Also, like many of the others have suggested, avoid acidic things, particularly oranges, lemons, limes, etc. Vinegar is also evil. Also avoid things like hard lollies where the sharp bits when you're chewing them could irritate the cut further.

I often get recommended to wash my mouth out with warm salty water whenever I get cuts in my mouth too. It tastes gross but it seems to help sometimes.

Other than that, I don't really know what to suggest for the pain, have you got any sort of numbing cream for mouths? Sometimes you can get ones you're supposed to use on mouth ulcers, they might work.
