((See ya soon Glyr ;) Nice intro by the way Lord_Dragonbane))

Anjiel raised her eyebrows at the Gerudo girl, who obviously knew the Hylian, proving her original theories about the Hylian being raised by Gerudo. She walked forward, chuckling to herself. "If you two are done would you mind introducing yourselves? I've really got to get our supplies ready. Not to mention at least 5 horses. And I'd best tell my mother we'll be leaving soon, she went to prepare supper I think."

(Dragonbane has always, always, always been a great RPer. Always.

And sorry for being so inactive, but I have no clue whats going on. Am I with them, or am I somewhere else?)

((Lol, you, Elily, Anjiel and Nunaammr'e are at the centre of the racetrack. In a tree, near the racetrack, is where Meiou and Kyo were. Now we're (Nunaamr'e, Anjiel and those two) all talking under that tree. And I'm going to move Elily over to join us right now :) ))

Elily wandered over to the group of people talking, they all seemed very big and scary, although when they were laughing it wasn't so bad. Aurora landed on her shoulder, "The girl over there must be a Gerudo," she whispered in her ear. Elily's eyes widened in curiosity, "You mean the Gerudo who the Great Deku Tree told us stories about?" Aurora flittered around her head to get a better look, "I think so." Elily smiled, "I'll go and ask her if she is, just to make sure." The young Kokiri girl shyly walked over to Kyo, who was still sitting in Meiou's lap. "Um, excuse me?" Elily began timidly, "A-are you a Gerudo? I-if you don't mind me asking." Elily was not used to strangers, especially not strangers twice her size, but the Great Deku Tree had told her so many stories about Hyrule, and she was very curious about other races. So she just had to ask and confirm her thoughts, she just hoped she wasn't being rude, because the Great Deku Tree always told the Kokiri to be polite and kind, especially to adults.

(Argh...I have three posts to fit here now...so um...give me a minute...)

"Well...that could be the case...but...that would be really mean if you did that..." Kyo pouted slightly.

The girl lifted her gaze as she caught the movement of another walking towards her. She nodded slightly, "...my name is Kyozoku." the teen said quietly, with a slightly bow of her head.

Kyo's eyes flashed over to the Kokiri girl. It was odd seeing one of her race outside of the forest, seems like this new reign of terror had spread further then she had thought. She nodded again, "...yes, I am." she replied softly as she offered a small smile to the Kokiri girl.

He sighed "Come on Kyo you know i wouldnt do that to you. You jus got the upperhand on me. I mean im Hylian an your Gerudo your way sneaker then I am." He turned his head to the one who had asked his name. "Ah sorry bout that the names Meiou. I was told to come here if I wanted to learn more about what had happend wile id been away but now im not so sure i need to know but it does look like you could use my help."

Tiir finally turned, looking throught he entrance behind her. The skullchild had not followed, and she could see no sign of it. She pasued forthe briefest of moments to regain her breath, then ventured further into the ranch. The faint nickers and whinnies of horses were audible.

Albardo's large feet tromped loudly down the once grandiose stairway seperating the town of Kakariko from the Hyrule mainland. The burly Goron bore a slender figure across his arms, a rather lifeless sickly looking figure at that. Arkam had fell, struck by the butt of a soldier of Ganon's spear knocking him utterly unconcious. The dimwitted Goron, though he had good intentions really did think that Arkam was dying; which he was not. The loud footfalls of the large creature landed upon grass, a terrain which he was not at all used to.

He would have to be alert, passing this close to the once marvelous castle could prove fatal. So at this point, in this moment of fear; the Goron did the one thing he could do.

He jumped into the water.

After a large splash, the stream finally calmed down a bit. The current only moved him slowly, but surely towards where he wanted to go. Arkam had spoke of rumors surrounding Lon Lon Ranch, it was told to be a hideout for loyal Hylians to gather.

So the Goron moved slowly but surely towards his goal.

Elily's eyes widened in delight, "Wow! I have so much I've heard about Hyrule, I hope I get the chance to see it all." Anjiel smiled, "I'm sure you will. Now I'd best be off to find some horses, and my mother. Would you like to help me get the horses?" Elily grinned and nodded shyly, "I love animals."

The two made their way over to the stables, Anjiel looked for the fastest most reliable horses and Elily petted each softly on the head. Once Anjiel had found 5 she lead them out towards the tree with Elily's help. She pointed to a pure white one, "This is Morning Star, she's the fastest horse compared to Kolomar." Then she pointed to a dark brown one with a black mane, "and this is Thunder Lance, he's the strongest horse we have." She then pointed to two light brown horses with identical white stars, "These are Dewdrop and Snowdrop, they are the best at leaping fences." Then she finally pointed to a black one, "And finally this is Storm, she is the wildest horse we have, and she was roaming wild near the Gerudo Valley."

After naming all the horses Anjiel lead them into the centre area to run around before they needed to set off. She told Elily to watch them while she went to see her mother.

Anjiel entered the ranch house and climbed the stairs to the second floor, Malon was sitting at the table with a box clutched in her hands, she looked up when her daughter climbed the final step. "I've prepare enough food for three days, and I'll make sure to get some ready for when you need to come back and replenish your health." Anjiel looked surprised, then she sat down, "You know I'm leaving?" Malon nodded, "When the others started to arrive I knew you would have to leave." Anjiel looked down at the box her mother was holding, Malon smiled and opened it to reveal the Kokiri Emerald, Goron Ruby and Zora Sapphire. Anjiel gasped, "the three Spiritual Stones?!" Malon chuckled and closed the box before pressing it into her daughter's hand, "You're going to need it. Just promise me you'll keep them safe okay?" Anjiel was still shocked, she nodded and carefully set the box on the table so she could hug her mother. Malon squeezed her arm slightly, "Take care now. I'll come and bring the food down after the storm has passed, you should rest here until it passes."

Anjiel made her way back down and out of the ranch house, a droplet of water landed on her nose and she hurried to sit under the tree with Elily and the others. "We'll leave when the storm passes, everything is prepared."

((Yay, we'll leave soon. Oh, and Dragonbane our first destination will be Lake Hylia, you can meet us whenever you feel like it, but it will take 2-3 days to get there. And everyone can choose a horse. Anjiel has Kolomar, and Glyr can roll (he's too large for a horse anyway), so just let your character say which horse they want, or add it in as a note, I don't really care either way...))

"I think I will take Dewdrop, it seems most fitting to who I am." said Nunaamr'e as he went forward to scratch the horses nose. "I will stay out in the rain, I prefer it over shade." He went out into the rain and enjoyed its cold flow

Glyr had once been told that the Plains of Hyrule were flowering fields, filled with gentle animals and cool green grass. As the Goron crossed the Zora's River, a different sight met his eyes. Desolation reigned supreme, as far as the eye could see. Hard brittle blades of what had once been grass covered the terrain, and withered trees swayed eerily in the dead wind. But not all was death and destruction, a fort on a hill showed lights, a sign that surely something lived there. Glyr knew not if they would be friendly, but he had no where else to go, and could not afford to chance the night in these acursed fields. Curling into a ball he rolled off, heading for lights on the hill.

Maya nodded to the newcomers, however, she did not say any words in greeting. None was needed, she felt. She followed them around, until Anjiel introduced the horses to them.

Maya examined them carefully. She had never owned a horse, and therefore had to rely on Anjiel's word on them. They were all so good-looking!

She paused. Where they meant for them? As Nunaamr'e chose one, she nodded to herself. They must be. It wouldn't hurt to try, after all...

Taking a deep breath, she looked at the horses once more. Once again her eyes fell on Storm, the wildest horse.

"Well. Might I take Storm, please? If she is the most... spirited, I think we will go well to together." Maya said, grinning at her little inside joke.

||Curse you! I wanted Storm. Grrr...! :x I'll have Morning Star, then.||

As Tiir approached the stables, the soft sound of voices met her ears. They sounded female, but that was all she could discern; there words were incomprehensible throughthe stable walls. She lingered, just out side the stables, for a moment, deciding whether or not to go in.

Finally, she thought.

I haven't gotten this far just to turn back.

She walked cautiously into the stable, footsteps light. Neither girl had noticed her, so whe waited until she was just behind them, and gave a small cough.

Only after she had done this did she realize she still held her sword in one hand, which may have looked quite threatening when coupled with her fairly sneaky entrance.

((Nice choice in horses people, we have Snowdrop and Thunder Lance left. Uh, and Reqiuem, Anjiel and Elily already left the stables, and I'm too lazy to change my post now :P By tomorrow, the storm should have passed :) ))
