One thousand years ago, the land of Ahnta was peaceful.
The people were happy. They did not suffer. They knew nothing of plague or disease. Misery barely existed. And they were all under
His rule. He kept them safe – they had His blessing.
He was The Supreme Ruler. The One Who Sees Everything. The Pure One.
He was All-Powerful. Beautiful and Dangerous.
He was the God Zuhkanttah the Almighty. He was wise and mysterious, unfathomable and mischievous.
Besides Zuhkanttah, there were four other main immortals – Leih, Goddess of Love and Purity. Rahza, God of Intelligence. Jamina, Goddess of Desire, Innocence and Peace. And there was Kunith, God of Truth and Destiny. There were other gods and goddesses of less importance, and then there were the demi-god(esse)s, which were split into elements.
All was well. Ahnta was near-perfect. There was no warfare or disaster. Things like crisis or crimes were ludicrous suggestions – they were only a thing of stories in books to the Ahntanians.
But all this goodness was perhaps too good.
It couldn't go on forever. Nobody had guessed, except for perhaps Kunith. As to whether it had been a surprise to even Zuhkanttah remains unknown. Maybe he had known of the evil that was coming. But whether Kunith and Zuhkanttah had foreseen it or not, both remained silent.
The demons came.
First it was only one specie – a creature of mostly human build, but had long, sharp ears stretching up to two inches above their heads. They had sharp fangs that dripped with venom, and had blood red eyes and lips. They could spit flame out of their mouths, and the sounds of their cold, emotionless voices were hypnotic. They were later known as the Tubirans.
All demons had supernatural strength. The people were terrified – they knew nothing of self-defence.
Chaos broke out in Ahnta. More and more different kinds of demons came, killing and destroying. They were terrible and merciless, almost devoid of emotion. They sought to destruct the beautiful world that the gods had created for the people.
Zuhkanttah could have stopped them.
Except he didn't do it – he was gone. He vanished just before the people started to cry to him for help. He had simply vanished.
The gods and goddesses wondered about it. They were stricken and confused. Even they could not stop the evil, for the demons were cunning and some just as powerful as an immortal. Kunith was questioned of it, and he answered,
“
The future was set millenniums ago, before the birth of the Earth and skies themselves. Even our Great Lord will abide by these prophecies, whether he likes it or not. The period of Zuhkanttah has ended. It is time for the Darkness to unleash itself.”
The people, so pure were their hearts from receiving no tainting, found that they could not blame Zuhkanttah. But they suffered terribly.
---
The immortals have killed many demons, though not enough to wipe them out. The gods and goddesses have all retreated, back to the heavens, occasionally trying to mend back the destruction from afar, though not succeeding very well. The demons have killed quite a number of demi-god(esse)s, and many, many humans.
But in the midst of all the constant death and disaster, eight beings appeared.
Nobody knows how they were brought into the world. It could not have been possible, but they were there. And they were repulsed by all – demons, mankind and the immortals.
But nobody guessed that these foul creatures, these hybrids of demons and demi-god(esse)s, they were the key to the ending of these Dark Times. For they were destined to defeat the demons and make Ahnta a world of peace once more …

The God(esse)s
The rest of the immortals have different kinds of powers. All have excellent senses – their sight, hearing and smell are all around a hundred times sharper than a human’s, twenty times for demi-god(esse) s.
Hartoh, God of Illusion – he can create illusions (a little obvious,) and manipulate minds. Some minds are easier to tackle than others.
Yani, Goddess of Calmness – probably the most chilled out of all the immortals, Yani’s magic is such that she can make a mortal feel so tranquil that they can be put to sleep for a good few hours.
Narika, Goddess of Afterlife and Reincarnation – a person can have an afterlife, be reincarnated or be put to an eternal sleep – it’s her choice. She is the mistress of all lost souls without a body, and holds the power to create new human bodies. She can also end the life of a mortal on earth with a single blink of her eyes if she wishes; taking back the body she created for the soul.
Bae, God of Courage – What is there to say of Bae? It is difficult; he is brave and clever, but the rest of the personality is vague and hard to grasp in words. He can be social, yet unfriendly. He can be interesting, but dull and far away. He can be very down-to-earth and practical, but soft and dreamy at the same time. Nobody knows very much of his mystic powers, for he rarely ever uses them.
Tameredu, God of Childhood – Tameredu is intelligent and loves the younger mortals. Most children admire and feel more close to him than the other gods. They will confide in him, and he will always come to their aid. When they are young they are the most innocent, and the most unclouded by human ways – they are purer than adults, who deceive themselves as they get older with their own intelligence, and are blinded by this. Tameredu is able to change both physical and mental forms of a human; make their minds or bodies grow older, or younger.
Demi-God Elements
Light – Glows yellow, with a shining diamond-shaped gem of light on their foreheads
Earth – Glows green, jades in the shape of leaves on their foreheads
Air – Has a sort of misty blur around their image, a transparent diamond on their foreheads
Water – Glows bright blue, a hexagonal aquamarine on their foreheads (and no, they don’t look like mermen/maids.)
Demon Tribes/Clans:
Tubirans – Their description can be found above in the story.
Ukatii – Large demonic wings that can flap up a storm of dust and shining silver tails that can be slashed with more force and precision than any ordinary whip. They have the power to levitate objects; of course, the heavier the harder it is to do so.
Huzukahs – The Huzukahs are evil wolf-demons. They are silent in their prowl, and they have sleek, shiny fur, with sensitive wolf ears on their heads. They are shape shifters, though can only hold one shape for half an hour with a five-minute rest in their natural forms in between.
Takius – The tiniest of the demons, they are barely up to knee-height. But they cannot be underestimated by their size. They are slim, agile, and very determined. There have sharp slits for eyes, and they have sharp claws on their hands and feet. They have the power to turn invisible and there are suction pads on their palms, enabling them to scale tall walls.
Rules:
- Normal RPing rules apply – no godmoding, powerhogging, etc.
- Remember, this RP has a medieval/fantasy sort of theme, so no technology – that means no monorail system, no rockets shooting into outer space, no air conditioning, etc.
- Your age can be between 12 – 16 years.
- You don't have to remember every single Celestial Being or Demon Tribe, don't worry. Even I can’t remember all the names
- Please do not overdo your powers. You cannot be that strong if you have only just started learning about your magic.
- Make sure your appearance carries half the features of a demon and half features of a demi-god/goddess. A hybrid looking like a complete angel does not make sense.
- We can only have one match of each demi-goddess kind with a demon tribe. What I mean is, we cannot have two of the same kind of hybrid – if somebody has already used Air Goddess x Tubiran, then you cannot have the same. You can, however, use Air Goddess with something else or Tubiran x something else. Sorry, I know there is not THAT wide a range of options, (I ran out of ideas X_X,) - you’ll just have to bear with that. Also, check all posts to see if I have let people reserve places
- If a god or goddess (not demi) appears in the RP, he or she will not be freelance until I specifically say so ^_^
- If you have read all of this post, please misspell “Hybrid” in your bio
(Yes, I am weird.)

My Bio
Name: Caress Huzukah
Gender: Female
Age: 12
Hybird: Light Goddess x Huzukah
Personality: Quiet and shy, she rarely talks to anybody. However, she is brave and strong-willed at heart. Her temper is admirably even, and she has a perfect control over it. Her heart is not easily wounded by insults. Her speech is soft-toned and unthreatening. She is a dreamer and will frequently find herself fantasizing about Ahnta before these terrible times. She is naturally curious about things, and does not let things go without an answer. She is often optimistic to herself, hoping that one day, her misery would end.
Looks: Caress has black fur, streaked with blonde in some places, across her back and down her legs. The rest of her body looks human enough, except for her wolf ears sticking out from her head. Her hair is also black-and-blonde. She is quite slender, though always streaked with dirt. Her demi-goddess glow is black, affected by her demon side, but the gem on her forehead shines like a real light goddess’s would. Her nose is small and delicate, and her mouth is rosy red. Her glimmering eyes are large and light blue in colour.
Weapon(s): A very sharp dagger tucked at her belt
Powers: Has not learnt much about her powers on the goddess side – only has a vague understanding about how to dim, put out or light small fires. She can shape shift to appearances that are similar of those to a humans, but finds she can only hold it for fifteen minutes, rather than thirty.
History: She was not born, as far as she can remember. She found herself walking a destroyed and ruined street one night, shivering in the chill of the breezing, cold and confused. She knew almost nothing, and could remember nothing. She estimated to have been around eight years old then. But she could walk and talk, and has learned lots of things at an amazingly rapid pace during her four years in Ahnta. She has no family, of course, and often keeps away from busy places, as many would be shocked to see a hybrid such as her. Instead, she wanders around in destroyed villages, where few people are. She loves plain, open meadows, though it is hard to find ones devoid of other creatures. In the night, she is most comfortable in the forest, being a wolf demon.
