There are 4. Battle Faerie Sheild, Battle Faerie Dual Swords, Battle Faerie Amulet, and I can't find the name of the fourth (the source code calls it a dagger).

What shop would they restock in though?

Type "battle faerie" into the shop wiz box and search with "containing my phrase". The names of the weapons are available there.

We've lost it all, nothing lasts forever
But... I beat the Chia Clown and got the av. It was my 17th win. I used Scuzzys Comb and Illusens Earth Potion and fierce attack, it was a One Hit KO. I used my pet Fiddlereel, no items in inventory. Someone else who I told beat chia clown and did NOT get the av, so I dont know what to tell you.
I'm sorry I cant be perfect
