the blue kougra needs to be redrawn

Don't touch my kougras. If neopets makes them look as cartoony as the other pets they have recently redone, then I might even quit neopets.

I like the blue kougra. I can't imagine liking it with dark blue fur. Ick. And the blue kougra doesn't look teal to me. It looks cyan-ish.

I Think The Whole Species Needs A Makeover. It's Cute, I Love It, But It Compared To How Some Of The Others Are Starting To Look. I Think It Could Look So Much Better.

I don't like most of the new kougra pictures, but I do think the species needs a makeover. I kinda like the kougra in the father's day neogreeting here. The feet are a bit too big, but it doesn't look as koala-like as some of the other pictures.

I love kougras to death now (My account: theredwolf85. Tell me I don't love kougras.. seriousely) but i think from an ARTISTIC standpoint, they could use a bit of a push in the right direction.

Anyway, They're already half there. The Royal, Tryannian, and Faerie ones all have a new, different "Sad" pose, and similar attack poses. I'm sure slowly over time they'll change them A LITTLE. but not enough to be a big deal. Probably something like the lupe. Less stiff, more playful..

Of all the Kougra colors, I think the one that really needs redrawn is the Faerie.. Since the Darigan paintbrush came out, the Faerie Kougra looks so out of place as a Faerie Pet!!

Personally, I think most of the pets look.. too cute, with the exception of the new Koi, which in the Christmas looks like a too cheerful beggar!

I like the color of the blue kougra. It's a flattering shade, in my opinion, and I think it would look rather dull in actual blue. For a makeover... I don't think the kougra needs it the most at the moment, and I'm really not wild about the "mouse-kougras" they've been drawing. But if they could look more like the kougra that was on the cover of the 2nd neopets magazine, that could look neat.

High five, Rune! I'm with you all the way. Also, the kougra is cute the way it is. The minute I saw a tuskaninny, I thought, jeez, what an ugly creature. After going through the entire "Calling Neopian Oldies" thread, I'm all nostalgic, so the kougra is endearing. Leave it alone!!!
