Leaving Neopets is very possible

Me too... I only go to neopets now to check the news.. and maybe get the new avatar.. RuneScape has stolen me.. it is too addictive.. XD

I did the news the last two days.. and *shrug* just going, "You know this isn't fun any more." Besides, I have my mush, City of Heroes and Real Life.. Okay, the last one is pretty much just mostly tending to toddler ails, but hey, I love the little rugrat! But thanks for all your warm wishes!

I was an AVID City of Heroes player for five months, and I didn't get on Neopets hardly at all (this was this summer). I got bored with it quickly, though, and have now returned to Neopets with a ton of enthusiasm!

I've been mostly neopets free for about 4 months, and I'm glad I had the break (even though it was in no way a voluntary thing). I learned a lot, and am now closer to the part of my family who loves me, and am further from my dad who did nothing but decieve and brain wash me. And I learned that blood is in no way thicker than water... and now I'm getting real off topic. So anyway, I think you should just take a long break. Not only will you learn, but if you come back neopet's then it makes it even funner. I mean I'm like bottom class right now after being frozen, but it's still fun.

This has got to be the 3rd or 4th time I've left neopets, never to return. Then I return in about a month or so.

SO many saying they are or ahve given up neopets ... so why are they talking here? I guess talking about Neopets is still allowed.

Actually, it's because this is the one spot of sanity in the world of the web. Yes, some people are probably still around hoping that Neopets improves or becomes something so different that it will still spark their interest.
I am still here only because of the memories. This is still the best place to chat about Neopets! Or almost anything, actually, if you post to the correct boards, and not get flamed into the next life by zealots and New Member. It is the one place where I might come back even if I quit, just because of the nice atmosphere.
