The big screen and the small screen... together at last! Hurrah!

Nintendo Gameboy Dual Screen A.K.A DS, or the Playstation Portible A.K.A PSP. Me, PSP all the way ever since I got my PS2 I'm all Sony, now the only Nintendos I'll be playing are my old SNES and old NES and my GBA till the PSP come out. I don't do much pocket gaming but I might just start with the graphics and such that the PSP is offering.

Neither. Just neither of them appeal to me really. :/

Don't do pocket gaming. If both of them were cheaper, I'd probably do both. DS has the cool multiplayer functions and the PSP has more games that I'm interested in. But for now, I don't do portable gaming.

If either of them were out and if either one was affordable, I'd have an opinion!

PSP because I like playstation2 mroe then gamecube and ds's games are not that good! PSP has a stronger lineup and looks to have better graphics and be way more fun!

I don't know enough about either. And I don't have either.

Longer battery life, more innovative controls, less errors period, more games coming out that I want. DS for me.

I'm not really a gamer type of person at all. When I do play, it's not usually pocket gaming unless I've stolen one of my brother's things.

thats easy ... DS , I have every console except gamecube out right now (xbox, ps2 and gba ) but the psp doesn't have backwards compatibility with ps2 , ds has backwards compatiblity with the gameboy advance, so that means there are already lots of games for ds , psp has a whole new disk and not that many games for it yet. Thats my two cents on that topic

DS. It is 128 bits, which is the same as the PSP and PS2 (PSP does NOT have better graphics!). Also, the DS can play GBA games as well, so no need to buy the downgrade, the DS has games offered that are of characters we all know and love (Mario, Samus, Megaman, and Sonic), it has 65 feet of wireless ability, it can double as an AIM chatroom, and allows your friends to 'download' your games for multiplayer fun!

Ehhh...don't do pocket gaming. I'd much rather have the huge system in my house. If I have a gaming crave out on the road, I head for a gaming store.

(And then I stay there for hours and hours, crosslegged on the floor reading strat. guides.)
Pocket gamings too small. Hurts mah eyes! X.X

I've always liked Nintendo-everything, for some reason or another. The DS seems very promising.

Sorry man but come on, Nintendo can't keep up much, look at councel, 3rd place by many people and mags. Also PSP does have more games, it was in Gamepro, they could only so a few pics there were so many. Also GBA games won't help much after a year it'll be over they'll be gone. Personally the only way Nintendo can come back in to the game in council and maybe handheld if PSP rule (which I highly doubt but in a few years there will be a major compition there cause by then Microsoft would want to come in and yea) is to go in to more popular gaming and go into somemore teen-like games. Oh should we all feel powerful that we teens rule a market that we actully care (we also do major part in the junk food market).

1. Newsflash: 3rd place ain't bad, especially when it's rated by the PPT equivalent of sony!
2. Also, how can a PSP have more games when it's not even out yet?
3. You know, my favorite game of all time is a 16-bit game, thus the 32-bit GBA games will NOT die out!
4. You act like Nintendo is almost out of business, which is most definetly is NOT!
5. Microsoft angers me because they don't just enter the gaming industry to compete, they come in to DESTROY the existing competitors! They already took down sega and unless nintendo and sony work together, both are next!

I'm going to say DS because not only have I never played a PSP, but I've never even seen one.
