hmm it might be pretty new b/c i remember techno moutain being 'techno mountain' instead of 'techno mtn'. and it was in the middle of the moutain

The lost city has been there since they revamped Mystery Island. I think they might've said in some editorial that they had put it there because it was on the trading cards, but they didn't really have any big plans for it at the time.

Didnt they say it was gonna play a part in some plot or mystery or something? I seem to vaugly remember that...

Anywho, yes, its been there since they revamped Mystery Island, perhaps its a place where you'll get to use your red codestones?
