Go into the backyard of the castle and look for a boo bigger than the others, when you go to the backyard he should be to the left of the fountain. Go up to him and punch him, a little box will pop out of him instead of a coin, go up to the box and press the [a] or [b] button and you will hop into it, then you are in the level :)

Luigi is in the painting behind the door above the library where you head for "Big Boo's Balcony." you CAN'T miss it! Listen to the two speakers once in it to track King Boos' laughing!
