Hmphf, the McD plushies.. look even more deformed, if you ask me.
What I'd like to see, Less Cute, Less Merchandise and even better Customer Relations.
Also, I'd like to see why the created Jellyworld, besides to say it doesn't exist :wink:

Well, since Australia hasn't got any decent merchandise that might be one more thing (honestly, I'm not flying to America to buy Neopets merchandise)
-NeoSchools
-A use for NeoHomes (rather than being a waste of money)
-More worlds, and storylines (Kreldulor, Jelly World, the 'other side' of Neopia)
-Less focus on sponsors and merchandise
-More focus on the site, users, glitches, etc
-Affordable items!!!! (we're not all saving up to buy ONE cool looking item for 1,000,000 NP, we should be able to buy 100,000 cool looking, useful items for that price)
-To update ALL the pets with the current paintbrush colours, rather than make more, and more, and more
-To re-vamp all pets
-To re-vamp/re-do all maps, items, games, etc (it doesn't matter how long it takes)
-To meet their set deadlines (at least remotely close *cough*NEOSCHOOLS!!!*cough*)
-New pet poses (especially HYPER)
-Use for some places/items (eg. clothes, the battledome, etc)
I think that's it
Oh, and Neopets hasn't gone all "cutesy" this site isn't just for teenages and adults, it's for little kids too, and the revamps look pretty good. And not everyone can have what they want, i mean the NT aren't superhumans. (And it's not everything we want them to do won't take any time, or use up alot of their people/resources. And they don't have to do anything we want them to do, it's their site after all)

- make it more harder/time consuming to report people, so that only those with geniune concerns would bother
- makeovers for the following pets: tuskanniny, peophin, kourgra, shoyru,nimmo, jub jub, meerca, pteri
- more paintbrushes that really change the appearance of pets, like the tyrannian, baby, darigan, etc. ones
- more chances of winning at least a cheap prize in freebies! I'm tired of always getting nothing.
- more random events
- some sort of user directory, with the option of not being in it if you don't want to
- better onsite help - especially in regard to freezing accounts and glitches, as well as better email support
- alternative method of buying from main shops, eg. by convincing the shop owner or pulling a number out of a box or something; this would make it more fair for users with slow connection
- increase in the number of times you can send scores
- more interactivity between owners and pets
- more pet poses like blissfully happy, depressed, lonely, jealous (if you play too much with your other pets!) and so on
- showing the size of a shop in shopwizard so we won't get stuck in a size 80 shop that freezes our computer
- choice of turning off music in shops
- the other side of neopia!
- more to do in the 'world' section - I always feel like its being neglected

The merchandising bothers me. Neo really needs to start focusing on customer relations. They need to strike a happy balance. At the moment it just seems to be all one sided, with the support area being understaffed and under valued.
I see that users are getting more and more disgruntled, and that's a shame, when I remember back three years ago to how neo was when I joined
I'd like to see less down time, regular news, and better contact methods for genuine complaints, like unfairly frozen accounts.

take the site down and fix all the glitches - including server/database moves
inform us before something big is done, comon courtesy that many other sites do, and also explain when something's gone wrong and what's being done to fix it
remove and redo the auto freezers - they seem too sensitive and result in unfair freezings for "cheating" or "using multiple accounts"
More staff, better communication between members and support; solid well-informed responses to problems, bugs, glitches, questions.
a full and complete Terms and Conditions instead of the vague thing there now (including do's and don'ts on multiple accounts, "unwritten" rules written out, a list of all the words/sites, etc. we are not to post anywhere)
less merchandise pushing, more site involvement. I'd love to see some of the staff sign up as new members, without the benefit of signing on at TNT (like at home) and see what exactly the rest of us are dealing with daily.
remove the "report this message" from every post on the boards. Too many report happy, trigger finger ready people reporting for anything and everything
bring back the email system where you could write to abuse@neopets if you saw something on another site (used to be very useful when seeing people trying to sell np, accounts, items on auctions) and support@neopets - I used to get actual responses when you could just email and not use the autoforms on the site.
stop the favoring of the few "famous" players who get all their things/np/pets back due to glitches/hacks/scams while the rest of us are told nothing will ever be returned. Same for freezings - well known players can break the rules and have their accounts returned to them, usually in under a week. The rest of us either get no response or are told no, we won't get our account back.

i don't think that they would last an hour without getting frozen. it ould be nice to put them in our shoes where you have to earn your neopoints not
just press a botton or two and have as many as you want.
I agree they should stop favoring all the rich and famous just because
they are rich (featherally for instince) and treat everybody eqaully.
the yellow box under the room is alright when your furnishing your neohome but i don't think they need it there when people visit your neohome or at least have the option in your user prefs or something so you can decide wether or not you want it there or not

I almost forgot about that one, but I agree that it definately needs to be fixed; It's pretty useless now. For instance, if you type in "gelert" it should show you all the guild that have gelert in their names, not just one guild exactly named gelert.

Yeah Exactly! Now the only way to search guild is by the Chatboard, and sometimeds, people are very annoying...and their lying about their guilds...
