If you remember on GadGadsbogen day I posted a lot of songs about coconuts and bananas and stuff, well I still have all those songs, so I did the Lime in the Coconut song with the sims people.

It's a really good first try! Though, I'd be lying if I said I had any idea what it was about, because I honestly don't...kinda confused on this end of the interweb. :P

<STOWA|Sleep> my sister questioned the title. "Half Blooded Prince? Does that mean he's a Moogle"

That's funny, I can't see it, it comes up as "page not found."

Well, Sims is having technical difficulty right now. I don't know what is going on, but everything started running really slowly and I guess they need to buy more servers or bandwith or something. Anyway, it's a bit like when neopets goes down I guess.

As for the song, it is about a lady who drinks, and then calls her doctor to complain of a hangover or something. And well...he tells her to put the lime in the coconut again and call him in the morning. I guess he's telling her to drink a little more. Kind of like "the hair of the dog" kind of thing. You have to drink more to feel better. I wouldn't know about that though, thank goodness, I only drink something like once or twice a year.

As for my video, it is just for fun, to try out making one.

Alright, I have to say, I think it could be better. Here's what I think.

In the first scene with the girl and the boy at the store, you can see their green markers (is there an official term? I'm blanking out.. --;; ) and you can also seem them switch. I would personally reccomend not showing those.

The rest of it I found to be very repetative and a little bit boring. There's a couple parts where people are blocked for a second or two by objects in the game. There part in the song where the lyrics go
"She said, Doctor
Ain't there nothin' I can take
She said, Doctor
To relieve this belly ache"
you can clearly see that she's talking about baseball. While I know you can't control what pops up there, it would be nice if that wasn't shown. In another part, the doctor starts talking about handcuffs. I would try and not show speech bubbles and the green markers if possible, as well as speech bubbles, relationship +/- signs and other things like that that can appear.
It might be nice if the walls were up instead of completely cut away, so maybe try that sometime.

The last thing is that I didn't like how the same scenes were constantly repeated, it might be more interesting if you showed them from different angles.

I did like the music choice seeing as I like that song.

Overall, I think it could be improved but I think it's good for your first time trying. Keep at it, I would like to see more. ^_^

Yes, I'll try to zoom in more on the people from now on, so you can't see their thought bubbles and plumbobs (those crystally things are offically called plumbobs now). I had fun making it, even though I didn't really know what I was doing. :)

Hooray, I can see it now! Very nice for a first try, it would probably take my ages to get even that far. Hope you do more of these as your knowledge of the process improves.

Yeah, I found a site online that has a few funny Wavs and MP3s I can use, but I'll probably have to cut it short, unless I can find another place to upload my movies.
