Age of Empires III!

In my random browses, I decided to stop over at AoK Heaven to get some tips for a scenario I'd been working on. Lo and behold, when I got there I was greeted with a newspost announcing the announcement of AGE OF EMPIRES III!

Supposedly this game covers the Age of Discovery, from the voyages of Columbus up to just before the Civil War. I'm excited, although if this is anything like AoM, my computer won't be able to handle it

age of mythology is far cooler than AOE.
Dragoon charges just arent fun after throwing a hundred guardian anubits down an enemys throat (bless easily accesed INI files)

I dunno, I've always like AoK the best. The editor is easy to use, the graphics are realistic enough, and it doesn't lag my computer.

AoM myth units are teh r0x0rz, though^^

who doesnt like the image of a hundred anubian warriors charging a massive army of fanatics and against all odds (flippin atlanteans making heroes) winning!
..okay so i cheated just a bit (i was building more anubities at supa speed)

AoK? I only know AoE and AoM.

Anyway, the screenshots make me think they're not really direct screenshots from the game. It sometimes looks too good to be true.

It says its due second half of 2005 the 3D effects look nice

AoK is Age of Kings, or Age of Empires II

I still think the 2.5 graphics are better than the 3D ones...but I'm old fashioned. Hey, in this game, we'll be able to use cannons! -looks forward to it-
