- Sony's Black Projection Screen
- HD-DVD / Blu-Ray discs
- new ATI & Nvidia GPUs
- Microsoft's XBOX 2
- Sony's PSP

What are you looking forward? Will any of these revolutionize the world?

I personaly think sony's black projection screen will revolutionize the entire projecting business :)

Disks = no revolution
Sony psp = small handheld ps2, wow.
microsoft xbox = next stage in the console war. if it outranks PCs, 3 months after its release they'll have caught up
new gpus = Games that look wonderful and a taste of what half life 3 will be like.

New gpus wins!

Eh, I wasn't greatly affected be any of them, but I'd have to say the PSP, not because I want one, but because it's been a while since a non-Nintendo hand-held system had the possibility of not flopping. That's really the only thing that brought conversation into my school.

"what do you think of the PSP"
"eh, whatever"
sums that up pretty nicely.
nintendo has and always will dominate that niche, the neo geo was going to "revolutionise handheld gaming and overthrow nintendos dominance atlast"
oh look, its keystone game is now on the gameboy, what a surprise.
lets not even mention the ngage

Well, HD-DVD and Blu-Ray won't be coming to the US or Europe (or Australia) until at least 2006 so I wouldn't even consider them.

PSP - EBIL!!!!! IT'S EBIL I TELL YOU!!!!

Black Projection Screen - Never heard of it and not really bothered

X-Box 2 - Yay! Yet another expensive paperweight from Microsoft. But needless to say, Microsoft will probably program a BSoD into this version. And if it's chunkier than the X-Box 1 then it can be sold to the army to be used in place of shells in tanks.

Why do they need to release Xbox 2? The current consoles have only recently gotten down to cheap prices.
