I forgot to say this (yeah silly me): The tribe leader, when chosen, should PM me, together with the tribe name the tribe has chosen. Once the leader has sent me the name the choice cannot be changed.

I dont think so, I think we only voted for a leader, and as no one seems to know if the leader pmed in time theres not much we can do...
