I tried Kacheek Seek Mystery Island, and finally got it on the first try-- no luck. I also looked through the shopkeepers to see if there was an Island Kacheek, and didn't see one (I thought I saw one in the unreleased thread here, but couldn't find it in the list on neo).

Edit:
Something Has Happened!
You are now eligible to use 'Must... Keep... Smiling...' as an avatar on the NeoBoards!

It must be random while playing Kacheek Seek.
Either that, or it comes on your 9th guess...

According to the buzz on the Neoboards now its totally random when playing Kacheek Seek and no one particular scene will get you the avatar.
