My African Grey Parrot is about the same, more stupid. I named him Flopples. He is quite lazy, but talks incessantly sometimes. He learns form me. Which is bad.

Me: Hey Flop.
Flopples: Hello
Me: Okay.
Flopples: Let's play Xbox!
Me: Okay. Bring me some Chips.
Flopples: Lazy Llama Head
Me: WHAT!?
Flopples: *whistle*
Me: *rattles bird cage*
Flopples: *Flaps wings*Bad dog! Sit!
Me:...GOOD PARROT! *gives him a sunflower seed*

Yep. That's me and my stupid parrot!

EDIT: He doesn't really understand, unless I say Xbox. only thing he understands. He will always say,"Halo2" or "Masterchief" or "Woot!"
