Drinking? Well legal age here is 18 (I love Alberta), but I never drank underage except for a few sips of wine at Christmas (I had the impression it tasted like bugspray for the longest time).
Lol, same here. I tasted a small sip of wine for Christmas and it tasted horrible. Sour and bitterish. I can't imagine how anyone could get hooked on that stuff. I also cannot imagine why anyone would like hangovers.

I don't understand people who do these things. I'm in college and I sat down next to some aquaintances for dinner tonight. They were talking and the conversation quickly turned to the frat party they were at last night. They were talking about how many times they puked or passed out and where and when it happened. They talked about when the cops showed up and how much they had drunk or smoked. Finally the conversation turned to what they were going to do tonight and they talked about going out and getting high before going out drinking in a couple hours. At that point, I picked up my food; citing homework, I returned to my room. People like them make no sense to me. One of them was kicked out of the dorms for more than a month last semester for smoking so much pot in her room that all her hallmates could smell it and were concerned about personally getting high off it. I just wish they could see the pain they are causing to themselves and others with such destructive behavior.
I have read a statement which aptly describes this sort of behaviour: Teen mentality defies all logic. Teens and young adults feel that they must experiment with all the wild things in life not sparing a thought for the consequences. Peer pressure is also one the big reasons for that, people want to fit in and look cool.
