Hmm. Well I'm doing some reverse psychology.
If Jelly thinks that we'd think she has on white socks, she's probably making us think she actually has Pooh slippers on because they are different. But, given that postulate, she may actually have white socks on, in which case this theory may not be correct.

If Jelly gives us two choices and White Socks seem to be common, she could be doing the opposite, the uncommon one that she likes, Winnie the Pooh slippers, but she might've thought out we're going to go with the not obvious one so she is obviously wearing the Plain White Socks.
