I'm not sure if you can sue the restaurant over food poisoning. It really depends on where the food originated from that made you sick. I mean, yes they can be in trouble; but if they've bought it and kept it under regulation, and prepped it under regulation, then really nothing can be done.
Ontop of this, i'm pretty sure Disney is very good about how they keep their food, considering just how many people go through the parks and hotels. (I've also seen a special on FoodNetwork about their parks food services, and from what I could tell, it looked like any other well kept kitchen).

I'll pray for you and your family. *hugs*

That's probably why you ran off AIM so quick yesterday and about an hour ago. :p

It sounds like food poisoning. I would suggest you consult a physician in case it is something major. Especially since the whole family has it.

Maybe it's something to do with the change in the food when you went to Disneyland? Like how you're not meant to drink french water or eat salad when you go to France because it's so different and upsets your digestive system or something.

I've never heard of that before. o.O When I went to Paris I had the water and the salad I was fine. Of course, if you mean mineral water that's true, but mineral water to me is gross.

On a side note, there's a kind of mineral water that acts like Ex-Lax. xD

It's not that it's bad; it's normal water. The thing is, the water there (and in most any other country) has different microbes living in it. Our bodies aren't used to them. If we lived over there for years on end, we'd get used to it. (There's also no guarentee that you'd get sick either. You might already have a "resistance")

I would think that was only if you were to go into a different country...like I only drank bottled water in Mexico.

 I really hope you all feel better!

o_O I ate and drank the food and water in Japan and France when I went there, didn't have any issues. Well, I did a bit in Japan...no vomiting, though. But that's because I have a sensitive stomach -_-

I hope you feel better soon!

It's actually super common knowledge to most travellers, that the change in water can be a problem to many people. And if you're not used to a lot of the food you're eating, it can cause a problem.

When my family and I went to Disney World when I was in ninth grade, my mom got sick on the last day of the trip...same symptoms you and your family are suffering. We had to postpone our return home by a day because she was in no state to travel. The day after we got home, I got the same bug, too. That postponed my return to school. I felt so horrible I couldn't enjoy the extra day of vacation, unfortunately. You'll probably be feeling better in a day or two. Those stomach bugs really are awful. I had the same thing even worse on Memorial Day my junior year in high school. I think that is the sickest I have ever felt, but the post- Disney bug comes a close second.
