On the other hand, don't include the I love NeoMail phrase if you want the recipient to actually get the mail -- it won't go through.

Yeah, I noticed that, too. So don't trying it during, say, a pet transfer in the pound, lol.

No, Shifty, you don't need them anymore. Read through the post, you only have to send one neomail...

It DOES ask you for a credit card number and billing information, in fact, it bills you for the first month of service. You have the option of paying $3.99 for one month or $34.95 for a full year's subscription. After you pay and create your webmail account, you get the Neomail Addict avatar and 2500 np. After the 30-day trial period, if you haven't cancelled your subscription, it continues to bill you. If you DO cancel before the 30 days are up, you get a refund of your 4 bucks. If you choose not to cancel your subscription, you get an additional 7500 np, apparently.

That certainly is not confirmed. I got the av by sending a neomail to my other account with the title being "I love neomail", and the body being that, too (since I didn't know which one it had to be). Don't confirm something until you've done it, you give people wrong info.

Actually, it has been confirmed. Not at PPT, but at a neopian community on LJ.

Oh whoops... I read a few post with people saying they almost have 100 neomails...

Anyway I got it now...

Well then it's ridiculous, considering all you have to do is type a simple neomail to get it. You'd assume they'd give the beta testers (or anyone paying money for that matter) a special avatar, instead of one that can be easily gotten.

i'm a bit confused.. =/

Send a neomail to anyone with the title 'I love neomail'
and the text also 'I love neomail'

Sat Jun 26, 2004 8:09 am

just got it.. hehe
thanx :P

Sat Jun 26, 2004 8:10 am

Well hiddenneggs says it just has to be in the text, the title doesn't matter. Also, the neomail won't go through to whoever you send it to, just so you know!

Thanks Alex. Yes, I confirmed it, because I DID it. I wouldn't post erroneous info just to get attention or something.
