First of all, even though the background behind the image is just a small part you should have worked on that a bit more, given it a texture, image effects, gradients, whatever. Just something. The image is cut out too roughly; the outlines of it should have been made softer. Also, I believe it would have been better if you had moved the image a bit further up (or made it a bit smaller) so that the text wouldn't be in immediate contact with the person's chin (yes, I know it's Hilary Duff, but for the sake of formality).
