My personal favourite is the conga. o.o Like with the Gloria Estefan song. I can dance that for hours without getting tired. :P

My favourite dance? That would have to be the macarena. I love the macarena. Whee, it's so FUN! And I can do it really good/well/whatever word I'm supposed to use.
But when one of my teachers did it a elementary school graduation, it was scary. We had a party outside and the meanest, ugliest teacher danced the macarena. :o Terribly, too. But at least the students got to dance a lot. :> 'Twas fun.
