That's right... Gadgadsbogen is coming! :P Sorry that this is hosted on my deviantart account, I usually use photobucket but it kept resizing this one. Anyway, here's the description from deviantart:

Quote:
A water-marked version of my entry for Neopet's Art Contest. This particular piece is for the site's Gadgadsbogen celebration. Each fruit figurine is approximately 7 cm tall, and they were made from plasticine and then painted with acrylic paints. Total time = approx. 4 hours. The picture has been entered already, so you lurkers out there thinking that you can get around the watermark and steal my entry might want to think again. Comments would be greatly appreciated! :)

Ah, I was hoping to see some more of your wonderful art soon. And lo and behold, we have fruits! O__O And I must say, those are amazing. I love the Thornberry and the Flaming Bomberry the most. They're all so cool though. Have you thought about making Neopets? Oh, and good luck in the Art Gallery. Though I see no reason why you wouldn't get in. It's original and it's just what I would picture the fruits to look like in real life.

Requiem: Thanks! :) The plasticine was sort of hard to work with.. kept melting! :P

AFI_Sorrow: Hello again! I haven't chatted with you in a while! :) Thank you for the nice compliments! This was actually my first time working with plasticine to do miniatures, but I don't see any reason why I shouldn't attempt a Neopet in the future. ;) We'll just see if I have the patience for it first. :P

Those are so incredibly cute! I absolutely love them. I certainly hope you get into the gallery too, but even if you don't, you have some really cool things to display somewhere now.

Pteri Sage: :roflol: Ok, you got me. I was INCREDIBLY bored. :P I was taking a break from studying for my university midterms, and I guess this is the product of an overworked mind.

rageaholic: Aw... thank you! And yes... I have to figure out somewhere to keep them.. although my brother keeps trying to steal them one by one from my room. :P *smacks brother*

Hmmm I can relate to both halves of the above: Midterm insanity and sibling annoyance (sp?).

I will say this though. the star berry may wind up missing;) *steals & eats the starberry* Yum, a little clay-ish but good

Ziggy: Aw.. thank you! I hope it does make it into the Gallery.. I've attempted before but never got anything accepted.

ria: Lol... I wouldn't suggest eating them.. ask Pteri Sage. Not a good idea. :P Thanks for the comment!
