Here is what I think.
1) We do not fight. At all.
The downfall of the girl's team always is that they fight.
2) We vote off based on performance ONLY.
Another downfall of the girl's team is that they tend to vote off the people they dislike. Which means their strongest people are gone before the final challenge. Remember, this is not about YOU winning. This is about the GUYS winning.
3) If you do not want to be a team leader, you do not have to accept it.
Do not pressure someone into being a team leader if they do not feel ready for it. And I still think we should not vote if enough people volunteer for it.
4) Last of all, stand strong.
If we are not united, we will lose to the girls. And our pride is to much for that.
Who are we? THE GUYS TEAM!

Hes completely right. On the show, the girls fought all the time, and lost all but 2 missions. The guys did everything logical and voted based on performance, and thats why they won.

And one of the missions was on pop culture (like what Anna Nicole's dog's name was)... so that kind of shows you how good they are when they're on the same team.

Yea. Lets never fight. And if we do, lets make it a battle to the death so the people participating in the fight can never bear any grudges as they will be either dead or have no-one to have a grudge with.

5) If you are voted out, don't make a big deal of it.
Just as long as the boys win, it won't matter.
