Yesterday, or the day before, I was looking through the list of petpets on the Petpets page. (This was before the 3/11 news was out), and I saw a Grackle Bug there. Then, later on, it was released. 'Deja Vu,' I thought.

I also saw something called a Frowny, and it's basically the grey version of a Smiley. I looked throught Neocolours, and didn't find it on the Petpet page. Is Neopets putting the petpets there ahead of time, or am I going crazy? o_O

the frowny is deff released. its the grey version of the smiley i think. much like the angel/devil-puss

All of those petpets you've mentioned have been released. And don't trust Neocolour's petpet section... it doesn't automatically show new petpet colors, so they won't show up there.

Neoitems list the Frowny as an aquatic petpet. :/

And TNT usually just add, then post it on the news and not the inverse.

EDIT: Whoops, took neocolours for neoitems.

Oh, I didn't know that... Never heard of the Frowny. Is the Frowny new?

I know that, but my point was that I saw the Grackle Bug in Neopets' petpet section before it was released. Which I think of as odd. Is it supposed to happen, or was it just a mistake?
