Well there IS the old mystical chant that someone taught me years ago. Iit goes like this (drag out the word where the ....'s are of course):

Oh.....wahh......
tah.... goo....
sigh.... yam....

Say it out loud many times getting faster each time and you'll get...... well laughed at!! :D

And then.....
Point to your head and abbreviate mountain :o
("m t" for those who don't know)
