Alright. What am I supposed to when I see someone I know that was arrested? For robbing the Pump and Pantry(gas station). Possibly armed. He's not someone you would ever expect to do something like that. I sw shocked when I read it in the paper. I'm not really good friends with him, but the next time I see him we'll probably talk. I don't want to completely alienate him or anything, but..... I don't know what I'm supposed to say about it. Any suggestions?

So, anyways, just act normally. He's probably getting a lot of stress from his parents.

Act like nothing happened. Just because he commited a crime doesn't mean he's not the same person he was before it happened. Don't bring it up unless he does first. And if he does, just follow his cues, and if you're not comfortable talking about it, try to change the subject as soon as possible without being obvious about it.

(For the record, I've been arrested ;P)

You and me both sweetie. It doesn't make me a different person, or a less nice of one. And it doesn't make him one either. Just act normal, if he brings it up, then it's probably ok to talk about.

Don't say anything about it, simple! You don't need to, I doubt that he'll want to talk about it (if he does well, you'll just need to see how things go, if he's upset try to be supportive [but don't support the crime]) and it's not really any of your business (sorry, if that sounded harsh).
