The "Starter Red Paint Brush" said "Your pet will love being painted with this brush! Only available in newbie packs and NOT for sale or trade".

I just brought one from somebody shop, then I realise it is not for sale. What is happening? Will my paint brush dissappear?

Shouldn't have bought that, you get get them for free.

Dun tell me that I will have to create a new account to get them? Or create enough accounts so that I can collect the whole set? Can I "Give to neofriend" to transfer the paint brush to my main account? Will I be frozen if I do all of the above?

Well, considering you'd be using multiple accounts to gain items I'd have said there is always the potential to get frozen there.

Hmmm... yes or no. I don't know of anyone who has been forzen for it yet but it is still early days. You might want to send that question to TNT? I'm suprised they haven't picked up the problem yet and either a) fixed it so that the pbs can't be sold/traded anymore or b) changed the description. I don't know if TNT will freeze you for it (after all you were prefectly innocent when you purchased it) but I don't know how things will go if you go and sell it now...

I was about to ask a question along the same lines. An email buddy has a very spiffy gallery of paintbrishes and wants at least one of the new ones for that gallery (NOT for selling) and I recommended creating another account to set up her gallery in and when she does, she'll get at least one. Then I wondered if they can be put in a shop for 'show'. Apparently they can be bought so they can be NOW. I wonder if they will disappear when all that 'no selling' kicks in.

i tried to put one i have from a newbie pack hanging around (i got two, blue and green) into a shop and it said no. i tried to give it to a friend and it said no. i think they've fixed things. darn.

What about using quickstock?

on quickstock everything but deposit is blocked out. it either has an X or an NA, i don't remember.

Have you also tried clicking on the item in your Inventory and moving it around from there? That's interesting that it would be fixed so soon after this Board, especially considering it is night-time where TNT for the most part is.

Oh, and I was reading over my previous posts and have just realised how bad my typos/spelling were earlier, my apologies for that.

I found an old acount where I haven't collecter the newbie pack. I got 2 Starter Paint Brushes. The only thing you can do with them is put in SDB and paint your pet.

THAT'S IT! So don't create new acounts, there's no point.

And it does appear as though they've disappeared off the Trade Post and Shop Wizard.

darn. i wish i could have had one to change my pet away from its mutant colour. i wonder why TNT did this. maybe they think newbies might want to change their pet's colour after creating it wrong or something
