Bite them on the leg and report them for harassment. 5 np please. XD

I know, that doesn't work for everything, but with what he said, I'd report him for harassment, but before that, ask him to set up a trade so you can return his NP, and if he keep buying bagguses, take the NP and just ignore him.

EDIT - No...you're not short. Aren't you like 5'10?

It sounds like they're winding you up...in a strange yet generous way. If you want to draw something for them maybe say that you'd prefer to draw one of their pets for them or something free of charge?

Are you sure this person isn't dumping "dirty" neopoints on you? Like from some sort of scam or something and they are trying to get rid of them?

Their actions are curious . . .

I would delete them/ban them from your guild. I would report Harassment to Neopets and block them from Neomailing you. Simple as that.

I agree with Jasj, it is very odd of these actions from this person. Could very well be "dirty" Neopoints or something else like that.

I would just go with what I said above and let it go from there.

Their actions are curious. o_O Perhaps, they know of you from your artwork or from PPT and are jealous or upset with you. It sounds to me like they are goading you--trying to get you to do something against the rules so that they can then report you.

Personally, I would block them from the guild. It really isn't fair to the other guild members to have to put up with their behavior. And, I would block their Neomails. You don't need the hassles.

Tell him that you'd love to help him out, but it's really against the neopet's TOS and you don't want to risk being frozen. easy as that. If he asks for the neopoints back, i'd give it back so he doesn't get report happy.

Ban also same reason as kick.

Reporting is worse.
