I've got some problems with my eyesight, so I always play at fullscreen to see the game better. I'd understand if I used some trick to enlarge the screen, but they actually have the game available at that size.
Now I have to hope I won't get frozen for using a feature they provide? It's ridiculous...

Same here. I use the full screen option all the time for eyesight issues! Ackk! :o

Anyway Oliverr, I too had my account frozen over a year 1/2 ago and I was angry & pretty crushed at the thought of all my hard work going to waste. I enjoy NeoPets as a "escape" from the real world but I just couldn't find the heart to start over. After a week or so I thought "why should I LET someone defeat ME so easily?" I started emailing almost everyday and following all the requirements to get my account back. Like Morningsar recommended, I was polite and VERY clear in my explanations and I didn't point fingers (well not too many anyway). I received a very kind response from a staff member and I continued to respond to her in the same manner. After about 3 - 4 weeks I got it back.

Don't let this crush your gaming spirit. Mistakes happen and if you know YOU did nothing wrong then Neopets did and they should correct it and hopefully (crosses fingers, eyes & toes) they will.

Good Luck!

i'm confused, is it possiable to get your account back after a year +???

I guess I'll quit neo :(

Hi,

Thank you for your inquiry. You need to use the Frozen form located at http://www.neopets.com/contact.phtml. Please fill out as much of the information that you can on the form, including your username, birthdate, and e-mail address you used when you signed up. You can also include any information about your Neopets and items that you think will help identify you as the owner.

when i Mailed a TNT member :(

But I'll still stick to this forum and make fake avatars and graphics...

Everybody gets that response when they e-mail a staff member. You have to fill out the form and THEN someone will write back to you (and if they don't, wait a bit and fill out the form again).

You seem awfully quick to give up.

It's not worth giving up mate! You've spent over a year on the site, and for what? To just be frozen? I will personally attack you with a rabid keyboard and mouspad unless you write in the autoform.

Never ever ever give up hope. I e-mailed at least 3 staff. One replied (with the help of val <3 ), and I got my account back in under 1 day.

Personally, I think this guy isn't as upset as he thought he was.

I mean, can we really fault TNT for not returning an account to a user who can't even be bothered to fill out the false freezing form?
Sure, it should not have not happened in the first place, however the opportunity is not even being given to them to correct it.

For all the "don't give up hope" messages being floated around I would say the exact opposite. Just let this whole thing go. This guy doesn't care. Why should we care more than him?
